How do I withdraw my winnings?
Log in, go to the cashier, and select Withdraw. Choose the same method you used to deposit where possible. Enter the amount and submit. E-wallets usually process within 24–48 hours; cards take 3–5 business days; bank transfers 5–10 days; crypto often same-day once approved. First-time withdrawals may take longer during verification.

What are wagering requirements?
Wagering is the number of times you must bet the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) before you can withdraw. For example, 35x on a $50 bonus means $1,750 in total bets. Slots usually count 100%; table games often count less or are excluded. Check each bonus's terms.
What games count towards wagering?
Most slots count 100%. Table games like blackjack and roulette often count 10% or are excluded. Live dealer games are frequently excluded from bonus play. The exact contribution is in the bonus terms. Playing excluded games won't void the bonus, but those bets won't count.
How do I claim a reload bonus?

Can I cancel a bet?
Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. For live bets, you may be able to use cash out to settle early at the offered price. Cash out is not available on all markets. If you made a mistake, contact support as soon as possible—we may be able to help in rare cases.
How do live bets work?
Live betting lets you bet on events while they are in progress. Odds change as the game unfolds. You can back match winner, next goal, corners, cards, and many other markets. Bets are settled when the event ends, or you can use cash out if it's offered.
What is cashout?
Cash out lets you settle a bet before the event finishes. You receive a payout based on the current state of the game. You can take a guaranteed profit or cut a loss. The offer changes in real time. Cash out is available on selected pre-match and live markets.
What is an accumulator bet?
An accumulator (acca) combines multiple selections into one bet. All must win for the bet to pay. Odds multiply together, so potential returns are higher. One losing selection means the whole bet loses. You can mix sports and markets in a single accumulator.
Are there betting limits?
